4 stars: App keeps crashing or says my garage is open when its not. I have to restart the app all the time for it to show properly. It also makes me login constantly and when I enter my info it just says error. Very frustrating but otherwise I like it when it works.
4 stars: Its a really good app! Unfortunately the day after installing the system, there was a small breeze and it moved the screen door ever so slightly and made the system freak out. But rhat just shows that it works!
5 stars: The app doesn't always work away from home. Live feed doesn't always boot right away giving whomever just walked in time to grab and go without being seen. Very disappointed. And, I'm locked in this contract. For over $67. A month dumb

3 stars: This app keeps crashing when you try to access the settings for the Thermostat page. I have informed Vivint via crash reports, and phone customer service. It's been over a year and they have yet to resolve the issue.
4 stars: The app freezes quite often. Trying to catch the person while at the door is nearly impossible. The other functions work great ie: thermostat, door lock and to view previously recorded videos.
