4 stars: no major issue. external temperature is incorrect. i am not sure how it gets it. i think what is missing is some sort of architectural.diagram to explain how things work between the heater, the wifi controler and the apps. where shedules and temperatures are stored and how information is tranferred. a few details and it would be great apps. i would like to know for example when the heater is on...energy management
4 stars: It takes a little patience and a likely call to Dimplex but once everything is dialed in (took me 2 hours), it works as advertised. Woo hoo!

4 stars: So far so good Not sure why all the negative reviews, installed today works well from the app and thermostat. Only complaint is its somewhat difficult to set up
5 stars: Latest version improves on initial release. Works great for my use, which is to raise the temperature of a cabin before we arrive in the winter months.
