4 stars: I really appreciate this app ; it is extremely helpful WHEN ACCURATE. I use the term accurate due to the fact that my meds are consistently wrong. My meds are often wrong due to lack of updates . I also have talked to nurses, aids, and support staff who have no idea what Healow actually is! I have to show it to them on my phone! Please share the knowledge of the Healow existence and train staff so that Healow can be fully utilized for patients and family. Thank You! Pamela Nelson
3 stars: It is easy to use. I haven't tried out Tele visits. I feel like my health privacy is taken seriously. I like being more connected with my doctors office. Im most interested in the function that connects health tracker data with my doctor. I took off stars because the sample screens show connecticity with Garmin, but that isn't actually available in-app. Pretty disappointing.
3 stars: Can't tap back and exit from the login screen. If you accidentally open the app, then you MUST login. This is especially troublesome if the app can't connect. Then you're stuck unless you kill it off. If I didn't use this to connect to my doctor's office, it would have been deleted long ago. It does work allowing you to view your lab work and send messages to your doctor. Can't seem to request appointments through the app.
