3 stars: I paid substantially for this but there is now a permanent whinge for a five star rating, and 'share it with your friends' which is a pathetic plea for love.. the Oxford dictionary is a wonderful resource.. Don't despoil it with this garbage... and I would like the front page to have some use for me please, not for mobisystems.. I suspect their other apps are the same... I shall now keep rating it (as requested) so more users read these comments and hopefully the pressure builds up and mobisystems removes the garbage for the paid version
5 stars: I love having the authoritative dictionary in my pocket!
4 stars: Good app of a great dictionary. Bought this some time ago when they didn't use Google play store licences, and you had to enter a key, which had only a few uses. That was a pain. This was resolved when Customer Support gave me a voucher to get the full license. Happy customer now.
3 stars: This was the best dictionary app there is. I purchased the full version some time ago, but find this update now has intrusive and annoying adds. The content of the dictionary is excellent, as are the navigation features, but adds in a paid version is a big step backwards. 5 stars again when this is removed!
4 stars: Great to have 2 very large hard back volumes of updated dictionary on my phone. Stunning value. Marred only by a new improved home page which is reminiscent of being on the Internet without an ad blocker.
