5 stars: About to do my first booking today and already before I've even booked I like the app a lot. Very clean and smooth and unlike Uber the map is powered by Google so it's less clunky. I'll update once I make the booking but so far so good. Only thing is I'd love to be able to use Google Pay instead of adding my card but that's only small
4 stars: The app can be a bit clunky at times, but it mostly works fine. For example, sometimes it doesn't detect that the car is already moving and is still showing that the free waiting time has expired. Bonus star for making journeys carbon neutral.
3 stars: I really think with a few simple tweaks to the app this could be so much easier to use and way more customer friendly. Firstly add option for return trip to be able to add after initial booking. And just 1 small step further, add option to add stops along the journey. Could be an extra passenger, two friends sharing a ride home, etc
