4 stars: Tricky to set up, found the secret seemed to be to, low away the old device and add new. Problem was the add device is buried in the app... Vizio support by phone was great. Bottom line the app works great ways better than the hard remote, but the app is not so intuitive ,I kept getting errors when the app was trying g to sync to soundbar, saying my device did not support TV apps, until I added it as a new devise
2 stars: App redesign is worse than the old one and has bugs. An ad now takes up 1/3 of the remote control interface, and in return it has lost most of the buttons and the intuitive swipe navigation has been replaced with small buttons that are harder to use while looking at the TV. Sign in either fails with a generic error or signs out again as soon as you sign in. Bring back the old design!
