5 stars: just one issue, whenever I type a location into the search bar no english names come up, this is perplexing to some of us who don't read arabic much, if there was an option to change language of the results that show up that would be great.

4 stars: Greetings, since the app is new in the market, the tech dept should make it possible to share the app via message in the sense that if person A shares with B and B starts to actually use the app then both of them should receive some form of promos and B with C and so on and so forth. That would help increase the market base exponentially faster since there's an incentive and a chance to compete with Tirhal.
4 stars: It's affordable,easy to use, but we can't see the captin where is?! And some places not apparent in the map ,and we need more options for type of the car
3 stars: Great application, but there is something wrong with the captains accepting a ride request. The application is not showing that à captain has accepted a request, and I just received a phone call that someone has accepted my request. Could you please fix this malfunction or train captains well to use the application if they don't have enough knowledge. It's causing confusion both for the captains and myself as a customer. Thank you
