5 stars: I think this app is better than all telec companies in Egypt. Super smooth and very good UI Love the overall experience. They added many features that I really needed to use in short time and they're always resolving the customer's issues. Update: the last update is the worst interface ever So bad!!
5 stars: Up until now, this is the best app among all the tele companies apps. But, I promise I'll come back and edit this rating whenever you stop being so.
4 stars: Great app but bit hard to understand all the available methodes which will likely end up asking ppl or customer service
4 stars: The app is very user friendly however there are some features not clear. For example the Etisalat gift feature says
3 stars: Until now, I am still unable to pay my ADSL using the App. 😡 And the live chat feature is a joke. I selected English. Every time I wrote, the App just auto-replied with bla bla bla that I could not even hard-press to copy and paste for translation.🤦🏻‍♀️
3 stars: Good app, but it’s down most of the time, may be from the Back-end database itself. Anyway, thanks for your services and please keep updating the APP until reaching to the best.
