5 stars: Really impressed. The robot once configured runs amazingly well. It took a few tries to get connected to the wifi but I stuck with it and after 10 minutes we were set. It vacuumed the whole house once before I was able to say
5 stars: I received this two years ago and am as happy with it now as I was then. I like the programming options since my downstairs is all open. The ONLY thing that I'm not thrilled about is its ability to mount and cross my thresholds (they are rather high) and the aggravating noise that accompanies its attempts. I would definitely recommend this product.
3 stars: Originally, I gave this 5 stars as it worked great. Since having it for a year, I've had to return to company for repair as the robot at month 6, continued to error out . They repaired and all was well. However, since the latest software updates, the robot randomly gets lost returning to dock and the self cleaning bin although sound like it's emptying, does not half the time. Therefore, have to manually empty (which defeats the point).
2 stars: The app quiet sucks. I love the robot but the app is cumbersome. Sometimes a new map would appear which I cannot delete. Sometimes parts of my map are overwritten randomly. A map cannot be restored after deletion etc. I understand that it's not easy to get something like this to work but my parents would never be able to use this thing. Still: Buy a Roborock over a Roomba.
