5 stars: I didn't have any bad experiences so far. I had 9 days vacation and had to book multiple hotels. Compared it to other apps and agoda really had the best deals. Hopefully more hotels will be in it. You just have to carefully read everything because there were instances where I thought there were misleading information.
4 stars: There are some problems with the website including rooms booked nothing like the one shown, late cancellations by the owners and the full price for a room not shown until the payment page. The
3 stars: Generally good options and features. Things i dislike: 1) some hotels refuse disposable cards, which is the only type of cards i'll ever use; instead of letting you book without paying, they should instead allow to pay in advance with disposable cards. 2) app is quite slow, especially the Bookings section
2 stars: Convenient but cunning. Be careful, actual deals are cheaper on web browser but when it got redirected into the app the price hiked. There are a lot of inconsistencies in pricing. I had to uninstall the app just to make sure the price doesn't get rigged while placing the order. To Agoda, be careful. You may get sued one day for doing a lot of tricks to misled the customers.
