3 stars: The most inconsistent app I've used. Things will randomly stop working for a while and then just start working again sometimes weeks or months later. Currently, I can't see anyone's picture on my main feed, I can't read any comments and I can't see followers. When I switch to my other account, everything is fine. This has been a constant issue with this app.

2 stars: Its terrible on android, so glitchy. It used to be simple and efficient. I don't like instagram these days, I used to love it for PICTURES. Now the smallest attention is dedicated to pictures, for so many years we could have more editing features, or at least make sure pic editing is flawless process, but again, it crashes and glitches on Samsung s21.
