5 stars: Some interface details might be more clear for easier perception, map could be more cooperative, but generally it is a very good application to make orders, get bonuses and access the best deals. Meals even feel better this way!

2 stars: Easy to order but the food never came. I called to customer service and asked where the food was, she called to the store but they didn't answer. Then she told me to file a complaint on the app but I don't see where I can do that. (Yet). It has been an hour now. I just want my food!
