4 stars: A safe option for rides at reasonable prices. The problem is that it has difficulties finding user's location, which means you have to wait longer until the app finds you, and it won't let you choose your address manually as in other similar apps or simply write it. I haven't been able to use it lately, because it doesn't find my location and while waiting for it, it uses a lot of your data. Please fix it!
4 stars: The app is safe and great most of the times. But sometimes, in the peak hours, looks like the app assign a service without the authorization of the car driver, when I had called those call drivers to ask why are they moving in other direction, they said they didn't accepted the service and the app assigned it. This makes the person to lose time waiting for a car that is not going to arrive.
3 stars: App is easy to use but allows for the drivers to calculate in additional charges at the end of the trip. There is no way for a rider to know how much they will pay until arrival. Developers of the app need to include tolls along routes to give better estimates for the riders.
3 stars: Nice and efficient app, but it had problems finding me, asking to try again later. This is not helpful in a taxi app, as one needs transport immefitely. I uninstalled the app and then installed it again. I hope it works better now.
