5 stars: Purchased once, there was a complication with the seller and Gametime found me comperable tickets at the same price with barely a delay. Second and third time have been seamless from their end but I made an error with my email address for one of them and customer support got back to me in minutes, got everything ironed out. I would recommend to EVERYONE

5 stars: Awesome for last minute, fun, local things to do with excellent pricing. The notifications are actually helpful instead of just making your phone go off constantly for things you don't really need/want to see. Ticket delivery is immediate with option to send to others via text or email.
3 stars: App works fairly well. The map view feature literally is broken. You can't click on anything because of some weird glitch. Customer service is always friendly but the chat feature? It could take a very long time to connect with someone. Email is better with these guys. Prices are not always the best but take advantage of their 110% guarantee and it's breezy.
