3 stars: This application is somewhat easy to use. If it does not get challenged with something new A new website for the shop. A new branch operation. No outside photos, hard to determine if there is an outdoor patio. Important to covid concerns.

4 stars: I like yelp a lot. It's a free platform where you can get people's opinions on their experience. The more honest the reviews the better. Yelp can also be directory for business locally or some place else.
