3 stars: Happy to see that finally the 1st class frequent traveller ticket had been added to the electronic ticket list! (10 trips). This was a long due function. However ... functionality is missing comparing to the previous version. And I don't understand why this app needs to be named on google SNCB. Is there an NMBS version? Imagine Germans arriving in Belgium ...
5 stars: Amazing! Thanks for making it less cluttered than the old app and more user-friendly. The old one was horrible! So far so good. Nowever, can you please merge NMBS apps for Belgium and international travel? It makes zero sense to have two separate apps. Within the app, you can just switch between national and international travel, but it would make the whole experience much better and less confusing.
3 stars: Works better now than in the beginning but delays are not accurate. Sometimes they won't show in the app or the amount of minutes is not the same as at the station.
