4 stars: The app should be simpler to use. It took a lot of time for me to figure out that there is a minimum service value for each category. I choose service from each category and it would not let me create a booking. I had to ultimately create 2 bookings for myself.
4 stars: Misleading ads, the service providers are equivalent to the local unprofessional labours which can be hired much cheaper. The only good part is ,the platform so that we don't have to search at the locale and is very handy for the needy ones.For that 4 stars. It may be a bit over expectation to see people in uniform, well trained etc, but this is India and still a develping nation, so it's OK.
3 stars: What you show in your videos is not what one gets. For example the deep cleaning shown in the videos even had the use of a machine. No such thing happens in reality. One also has to cajole the professionals a bit to do what they should do on their own. A bit disappointed.
