3 stars: I like the feature to opt out of 55+ communities. They're everywhere here and you never know unless you recognize the neighborhood. Tired of getting baited with affordable properties on other apps only to find out that they legally discriminate. That said, I am bombarded with 55+ properties by this app in the notifications and email reminders, despite always excluding them in my searches. Pretty annoying. Stop the bait and switch.
3 stars: A fantastic app barring the tour insights functionality. Every time I see a tour insight in my feed and click on View Comment it just bring me to the house details page and am never able to see the full comment. Is there a fix for this issue?
5 stars: The best site for quick browsing and researching for a new home hands down. It is where I spent most of my time looking for my first property. Redfin had the most information and updated listings available over other sites.
5 stars: One of the best real estate apps in existence. I would love if they'd include current rents on investment properties for sale.
3 stars: Something changed with the Google Maps integration. When looking at a listing you could tap the map and it would open regular Google Maps showing the address, which made it very convenient to search the surrounding area for grocery stores, restaurants, etc. Now it just shows a limited map version with no option to search.
