5 stars: It's a really nice app I've only played it for 1 day and enjoyed it. It's so fun learning more about yourself and realizing what you truly feel. It's so fun using this cause we don't have that much money for a therapy. And I'm so happy that i found this app cause idk if i actually have anxiety and depression it's so fun learning about what i truly feel :D thank you🥰🥺 xx
4 stars: This is a very calming app. I do, however, wish it let you pick multiple courses at once. I ended up going with improving my sleep, but I would have also liked to have been able to do the one stress as well. Overall, it is helping with sleep. I recommend to anyone haveing any sort of stress, anxiety, depression, and sleeping problems. 👍
5 stars: umm..well!i don't use these kind of apps but this is Oh my god!! it's amazing..i loved it and that little robo buddy is so lovely😋and your voice note exercise are really cool ..thankyou doctors and creators for making such app that really help people. Right now am out of money but i'll definitely get it's premium ..i think that is worth it for the first time🥰
5 stars: I really like this app! It helps me relax and be calm. The other apps did nothing to me. Also the only thing I don't like is the membership. I know they have to make money. But I wish there was a button so you don't keep seeing it. Also I never seen any ads I don't think. But I recommend this app. ❤️
