4 stars: Pandemic caused a problem for all last year, The 1st half of my purchase this year went rather well and as long as I get my tickets like I'm supposed to I will come back and upgrade my rating.

5 stars: So far so good. I was directed to Seat Geek through 2 Broadway shows official pages and I was taken straight to the show page with the best options of tickets first. With the chaos of even trying to make sure we could get tickets this made life so much calmer! Overall so easy to use and like the app
