4 stars: App is slow and crashes sometimes. Delivery times are not always correct.
4 stars: All around good app, but definitely in need of some refinement. The address handling is painful. There is no way to know if my address was saved correctly, I cannot see if the door number and such detailed info is correct. The feedback system basically non existent right now. The badge popup widget is annoying. It should not disappear on scrolling or disappear for the session, but the blinking icon is simply distracting.
5 stars: I use it frequently, the netpincer go shipping is always very fast for my location and the delivery people are always nice. The app is ok, once I needed to reinstall the app to load and that was annoying, but other than that, it works. The app has nice promotions sometimes, like free shipping and more discount if you spend more for certain restaurants. And you can use SZEP card, which is essential for me.
5 stars: Very easy to use (even in Hungarian). Shows all options, including gluten-free which is a must for someone who has celiac like me. Very good app and service
3 stars: Works well ,different payments well integrated !! Time estimate is not accurate
3 stars: Big advantage is the option to pay with Szépkartya. 2 big downer though: there is no english translation available for the menus and, when paying with the szép Kartya you have to type in again all card details, despite having them saved already.
