4 stars: I wanted to give 5 stars but twice now the puzzle in progress has reverted back to an earlier stage. This second time I had completed almost 75% of the puzzle and have opened it this time to find it has gone back to 28%, which was where I was a couple of days ago, and I've got to start again. Very frustrating and unravels any relaxation I got from doing it.
5 stars: Great app with a large library of puzzles organized into many categories. Customer service is very helpful as well and happy to help you more than necessary. They are pretty consistent on getting back with you within a day or two. Also, I love all the different settings options for each puzzle! Very happy with this 😊
4 stars: I love these jigsaw puzzles; they are addicting! However, it is getting to where the app says that the connection is slow and the puzzle I am working on won't open. I cleared the cache on the app and they are opening easier now.
5 stars: Nice layout, my only suggestion is to add a feature that allows you to return all stray pieces to the tray. Also sorting tabbed trays would be useful to keep the puzzle pieces sorted while putting in pieces without cluttering the boy. Otherwise puzzles are beautiful and features are useful.
3 stars: I absolutely love the pictures in this app. I'm still considering deleting it, because they don't provide an option to take any of the text, or the logo, off the finished puzzle. It's obnoxious. I can't even use it as wallpaper. If you're...
