5 stars: I don't often write reviews but then I don't often pay for apps so it's appropriate. Exercises are low/no equipment and can all be done in under an hour, don't let that fool you. 15 minutes will make you hurt for 3 days. BUT, it is oh so worth it! For the first time, I'm motivated to work out regularly and I'm actually seeing results. Wouldn't be without it now - the recipes are handy for us less creative chefs also.
5 stars: Only fitness app I think is worth the ££. I have downloaded a lot of fitness apps but this is the only one I considered paying for. Whilst there are no dance options for cardio (my personal preference), I needed a little encouragement getting creative with weights and reps. I love the choice of personal trainers on here and do not hesitate to recommend the app to anyone who will listen.
4 stars: Enjoying this app so far. I just hope they'd make the yoga sessions more user friendly. It would also be great if I can add the weight of an equipment in the PWR workouts. Food recipes are easy to make. I am motivated and a bit consistent so far because of this app!
