3 stars: I booked a hotel and due to some issues i can't visit that place. I wanted to cancel and get refund but there is no option for refund and no customer care no to talk.. Better services are available on other apps.. Didnt expected such poor service. There is no one to listen to u After the review agoda contacted us but still not much could be done from the hotel side.. Still i am ok that agoda contacted me
5 stars: Look no further... SERIOUSLY. This app destroys anything on the web or app store. If their pricing continues to remain this competitive, if not noticeably cheaper I believe that the other hotel websites are over. The user experience and intuitiveness of the app is game hanger. Try it.

5 stars: Jai Sai Venkateshwar Swami🙏 I did a room booking at Tirupati at Renest, Hotel Vihas on reasonable rate but unfortunately it was booked and charged twice. Thanks to team Agoda and Hotel Vihas, they helped in getting my refund back to me. The only problem is I was unable to connect any customer care executive for that moment, still thanks Agoda.
