3 stars: What's up with the new update? Sort and filters are no longer available when I searched through categories. Filters only available when I used the search bar. Also you tinker with the ui too often, it takes time for people to adjust with a new layout, it's totally unnecessary to change things up every couple of months.
4 stars: Many times on every product I searched, I should setup again and again of the filtering. The application need to be able to save a filtering what we want such as as per our location, power merchant, new, officials store etc. And also, I cannot edite/update/delete the phone number saved while buying phone pulsa and internet data.
3 stars: The new update is confusing, lots of ads, the filter is gone, distracting ui, hard to find solutions from tokopedia help, lot's of seller didn't response in time, too much notification, can get up to 5 push notif in 6 hours, the older ones is better
4 stars: Using the application is a good experience. But when we up to do some search, then need to see purchase status whether our order has been sent or not, it is a bit troublesome to go back and forth to [Home] screen then click our account for the purpose. Can you add [Home] button on every [Search] pages to avoid those hassles? Thanks.
3 stars: I have to rate this 3 stars because of the annoying notifications about stuff I saw earlier. Let's say you see 5 stuff, hours later, you'll get 5 notifications about each 5 stuff you saw. I love Tokoped...
