4 stars: We need to be able to reverse destination and pickup points... USE CASE: I want to book taxi for my friend.he sends me a location pin on WhatsApp..when opened on Bolt,it assumes that to be the destination which is not always the case
5 stars: My family and I always use bolt wherever we go but we've noticed that certain drivers accept trips and wait for about 5mins before they come. We also noticed that they a few accept card payments and others just refuse whether they are standing in front of us. Certain drivers are making other hardworking drivers look untrustworthy because of their actions.
4 stars: It's a great app,but most of the drivers are rude and they claim to have arrived when they didn't even leave their destinations and some of then will delay the process and later show on the app that trip have been completed,please look into your driver's so they won't discourage people from using your app
3 stars: Would have given it a 5 star rating if the passengers could also see the price as they ride, because some drivers start the ride before the passengers even get into the car. Which costs more
3 stars: Good app, but lies heavily about pickup times for ride hail e.g. 2 minutes is 5 minutes, 5 is 10 and so on. The app has very high fines for forgetting to lock scooter ~20 eur. They've scrapped the ceiling of max. 15 eur per day in Tallinn. I would not use it if you are in s very hurry as pickup imes are not correct
