4 stars: Very good app. Only piece of advice, to get the 5th star, is to be able to schedule a delivery time instead of blocks of 1 hour. This may be driven by the restaurant. There should also be a section where pre-delivery comments can be added.
5 stars: Very enjoyable. Always on time. Communication with the clients is clear. Though you need to extend on the range of delivery and add more options for shopping.

3 stars: A lot of user experience issues (unintuitive design, bugs like notifications getting stuck for hours after an order had been delivered, order status and ETA not updating in real-time), surcharges for smaller orders on top of delivery fees. There's a good restaurants selection but everything else is behind other competitors.
