4 stars: Good app, great to have my receipts online, view promotions and coupons. The only thing I don't agree with is that you have to activate the coupons, they expire 7 days after being issued independently of being activated or not, so what is the point of having to activate them? They should be active from the moment they're issued. It has happened to me to have forgotten to activate the coupons and not availing of any discount...
4 stars: Very frustrating.. the app installed fine and registration was straightforward, but trying to activate any coupon is met with an error message \
3 stars: Great to get bonuses when i do my shopping here already,finally rewarded like other supermarkets. Update last 3 times,app not working instore,so lost out on any bonus towards monthly spend,also have to remember to activate the coupons to get the reductions.Time consuming when putting shopping in bags,being asked to pay and looking after 3 little grandchildren.
4 stars: Great savings with coupons and money off vouchers BUT not all purchases were counted in September. At the till it said card accepted but it was never added to digital receipts. Unfortunately neither in store nor customer services could help therefore September's well deserved £10 voucher wasn't in my pocket. Any other purchases so far were brilliant and so helpful weekly deals! Amazing!
