5 stars: Latest update does not work on my Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 - it shuts down as soon as I open it - clearing cache did not help - where can I get the previous version? UPDATE : I uninstalled the app, restarted my phone, installed app again, restarted my phone, logged in to the app and everything seems to be working fine again.
3 stars: I loved ot when first installed. Since then my devices will not show me any video. It records and i can hear sounds but the loading circle stays on screen and no video shows. Any idea how i can fix this? Both my cameras are doing this!
3 stars: Night vision can't be disabled , it would be nice if in this app would be an option for that. Also would be nice to see the snapshots from the alarms instead of clicking on them individually to see them , I see a couple by clicking the arrow then I have to refresh to get older ones , it takes forever to see the whole day.
5 stars: Easy to use and yes you have to give permission for this app to have access to your phone, and that is because it has to so that you can view, capture and record on your phone..If you do not want to give permission then don't buy a camera that has to go through your phone to save images and recordings..Brilliant 👏 very happy.
3 stars: I have been using this for 1 year suddeny this month it just keep connecting tried to reinstall, everything i tried but i cant check live now it still recording but if you want to check for live viewing just keep connecting.. ho...
