3 stars: Works great for requesting a ride. Shows picture of driver and car. Shows map and route and the destination fee. Biggest complaint, you can't schedule a pick-up time. Lyft gives instruction about tapping on a clock on the map then set a time, but no clock is ever there. Bummer.
4 stars: For the most part, I don't have an issue. However, when I schedule rides, I've had my scheduled return ride canceled. I can't do anything about traffic. Perhaps if the driver showed up closer to the originally scheduled time, then my return ride wouldn't get canceled because I was still on my way to my original destination. I wound up spending 2x as much on a return ride last night, and that is unacceptable.

5 stars: The app is great I can track my driver while the person is driving to me, I get to my destination before my estimated time. Plenty of good paying options and I like that I can see who my driver will be and the vehicle. Good rating options and tip options, fair sale deals.
