4 stars: I mainly use the app for device backups \u0026 important data to be stored. I increased my storage space and a great reliable app to protect your devices. Only complaint is I find it difficult to navigate through app \u0026 find all saved content at times. Device backups should be easily accessible to its owner. But overall a good app to increase storage for small monthly fee. Ty.
5 stars: I haven't even used this thing. I already know how to use the basic plan. I already know how to back up my photos with unlimited storage and back up the rest of my stuff including music with out hardly touching my Google drive. Your paying for extra storage for emails and your files. Stop with the 1 star reviews they don't help, if you don't know how to manage your account. Then learn.
3 stars: Multi media text message back up is a huge selling feature for me. I didn't realize that this feature is not automatically enabled. YOU MUST TURN THIS ON! I lost a lot of important messages because of this when I had to factory reset my device. I wish they made that more clear this feature had to manually turn on, especially since when you go to back up they use that as a selling point.
5 stars: This helped me out so much. I accidentally freed up space on my phone and I was able to restore all my photos.
