3 stars: I love Lyft. I started driving yesterday and am having a lot of problems with this app. It was glitchy all day. After six rides suddenly it says my vehicle isn't approved. Now I can't use express pay even though I used it earlier and it worked great. Biggest issue is you can't talk to a rep and have to use email. Please fix. I prefer Lyft but come on guys.
5 stars: Everything's working fine I think one thing that may need to be updated isn't we go to apartment complexes I need more information because by the time I get to the complex just says just turn right or just turn left but it doesn't tell me a lot of times the apartment number or things like that that might be needed to be updated in your system
3 stars: The app runs slow. Maps are set to automatically switch but they don't. I've done an uninstall app updates and I have done force stop and a restart still nothing. I have been able to muddle through but it looks unprofessional pulling up to a passenger they see me fumbling around with the app, not very cool.
3 stars: Too much forced actions. I would like to send message without first having to send a default. I hate to be forced to call a customer if customer does not show up or if customer says cancel. Textung is enough most times. The maps need to react quickly when i chose a shorter route and stop forcing me to go back and follow prescribe route.
