5 stars: We love using the Hilton app to boom hotels during trips. It's super easy and efficient to use on-the-go especially on road trips where we don't know how far we'll travel in a day. I can pull up the app and find a nearby hotel every time.
4 stars: Used to be great. However, the new updated app no longer let's you search for hotels near my location. Unfortunately with my job that is how I book most of my hotels since I never really know where I am going to be. Since I'm probably losing my status this year anyway due to travel restrictions, I might need to switch for the next year
5 stars: Very user-friendly and informative app. This app makes your hotel stay very seamless and precise. I literally don't need to do anything in person, I can literally do all necessary actions through my app! Love it
5 stars: The Hilton Honors app does everything that I need to do in regards to booking a place to stay when traveling. It also allows me to get a smart key thru the app and control TV and AC in the room during a stay.
4 stars: So far, the app is much improved from use of it a few years ago. I really like the resources available all in the app. Now to see if the digital key use is improved as well!
5 stars: Easy to use and very straight forward. Also makes it easy to change and contact customer support. The contact is always very helpful and able to support any issue or request.
