4 stars: The best in Poland. Quick activation , free parking no issues in app besides it could be a little faster, English support and multiple packages. Wish they had more cars and penalty for people who dirty the car.
3 stars: The car sharing service is ok. But the app has horribly poor quality: - it is slow, - it loses information about state of the car and suggests to open an open car or close a closed one - it loses internet connectivity and hangs, there is not even a refresh button. I understand this may be due to aggressive power saving of modern phones but the company does not seem to test the app at all.
3 stars: The service is not bad, but the application sucks. I paid for 4-5 minutes more after my trips were finished every time just because your application has so many bugs. It just impossible to finish the renting when you close the door, you will wait for 5 minutes more to the panek application will react.
3 stars: Guys, the map inside the app can't locate where I am. In short, there is no blue dot. My location services are on and it works on google maps.
