5 stars: Great app! I highly recommend the premium features. I was hesitant on trying this to help with my personal mental health journey. This app has helped so much! Taught me meditation and mindfulness. When I'm having a bad day I like to listen to a positive message from calm or enjoy a nice meditation session.
5 stars: Calm is aboslutly wonderful, I live in a disfunctional family and I feel like I am the only sane one apart from my grandparents. And I have been listening to this for 12 hours, and I love it! It really takes the stress away my favorite is Water flow. I usually listen to the calming music then the story books, cuz I don't wanna pay 69 bucks for a month
4 stars: Has helped me enormously. Fantastic app that has lots of content and looks great but it is buggy. Slow to load sometimes possibly from all the visuals and it can be a bit sluggish to navigate between the sections. Will always continue to use this app but would love to see it a bit lighter on resources so it is generally smoother to use.
4 stars: It has been wonderful until the last month or so. It will not shut down all the time, I woke last night to find CPU notice being over heated only app still on 3 hrs after auto timer was supposed to shut it down. No sound was there but app was still running. Closed it out by hitting stop on drop down and all was fine. Not a good thing not sure what update did this.
5 stars: Wonderful soothing voice coaxes you through a relaxing session of calm....
