5 stars: The Application is great, I have been working two years now for Executive Green and Zimmer; the only downside is that hopefully the competitive market understands my monopolistic and Sprint point of view because the headquarters are in San Francisco, CA; also something keeps messing with my profile picture negatively sometimes: I am just doing my independent contracting but the passengers ask about why the picture changes sometimes;
4 stars: I would like to give 5 star but there is a couple issues I hope they can address them , like when you have a ride and they add a ride in the queue it doesn't show an option for you before to accept it and showing you the trip information and customer rating .
3 stars: the navigation is horrible needs a lot of improvement. Also need to tell the difference between the express lanes and the toll roads. Express lanes are not paid for by Lyft. You still drive to a lot of exit gates at the apartment complex. And also drives to a lot of alleys of people's houses.
4 stars: I seem to be having issues with finishing my application to drive in the app. It says I am approved to drive but it also says my application is only 40% complete and it will not let me finish it. I cannot access my background check, upload a profile picture or rent a vehicle. Please help me fix this. My app is up to date also.
