3 stars: The app is fine and meeting my requirements. But my points for recent stay is not updated in my account. So I want to raise a compaint and know the status of my complaint. I find this option is not available in the app. And the virtual assistant is not competent enough. I had similar issue with Raddisin app and the same was able to be solved in 30 mins. Hope the same issue solving options will be available in the app.
3 stars: Making and cancelling Stays works great. Checking in and Checking out not so user friendly. I've got all updates. Not sure what problem is.. Like this am I went to check out it's now allowing me to checkin.
4 stars: The app is great for booking rooms all over the world. Informative, good pricing structure and contact to the hotels. Would love a feedback and rating system implemented in the app as well or linked from the app to their website.
5 stars: This app comes in handy whenever i need to book an IHG room. Whether it's booked months in advance or if I take off on a roadtrip at the last minute \u0026 need to find a place to stay
5 stars: I don't yet have need for a lot of hotels except in Nephi, UT and San Pedro, CA. I love the Coast Plaza LA Harbor for its cost, location, eating, close to friends and family as well as golf (Trump National and Harbor).
