3 stars: There are some problems that have to be fixed. 1) At first set up of the watch, I entered by mistake the wrong height and although I corrected it through my profile, the app still takes into account the wrong number for BMI calculation. Thus, BMI is unreliable...2) Almost every night, for an hour or more, heart rate value goes to zero...maybe sensitivity issues or unable to detect low heart rate?
5 stars: The watch was very affordable compared to some of its competitors. I love the heart rate monitor and gps tracker it gives me the data I love that motivates me to keep working out. Without it I dont think I would have the inspiration to keep running. Even used the GPS to help me find the way out of the woods this week. Great buy.
3 stars: The app is good enough as a standalone, the main issue is syncing to Strava is now very poor. Historically it has been okay but in the last week it has been exceptionally poor. Also submitted multiple bits of feedback and never heard anything back, so I don't think they take customer feedback seriously.
3 stars: The app is great, can't complain about the UI and most of the UX, except for the sync problems. Uploading to Strava is near impossible. I had to wait a whole day before the update happened and today is the second day I'm waiting for another activity to be synced to Strava, and I can't do anything to speed it up. Extremely frustrating.
