3 stars: So far I like the app but I notice that when I use my gems to replenish my hearts that the app will subtract the gems from my account, but does NOT give me the hearts. This has happened more than once. The first couple of times I thought I missed something or hit an incorrect button, but no... it's a glitch or something else. Please fix or replenish.
5 stars: Easy to use Has a test you can take initially to see where you are. Then you move onto lessons which are broken up into short sections and easy to get through. Very repetitive so you get it drilled into your mind/understand. Very enjoyable and I find myself on this app instead of playing games. Cannot wait to see how the lessons progress. I'm currently using for Spanish and hope to use it again for another language.
4 stars: The app is good. Had problem with forgotten password. The support team responded fast on Twitter. Appreciate their fast response. It is a good app to help starting to learn new languages. Highly recommended. It will be better if more languages are available. I currently learning Japanese, Indonesian, Arabic and Russian. Looking forward to learn Tamil and Hindi if it is available.
