3 stars: In new update i am not able to see the camera using internet when i am away from home. I have to connect to same wifi connection to see the camera. Please fix this otherwise the camera is useless
5 stars: Update: the updates are making this so much better! I havent had a problem in over a month now....I do really like this app but since the last update ive had to uninstall and reinstall and it refuses to let me log in the next day. I have reset the device and erased it as well with only a little improvement until the next day. Ill give 5 stars when it stops giving me so much trouble
3 stars: recording online only for 5mins maximum...having a problem with super sensitive zooming...please make the real time decording for unlimited atleast an option,
3 stars: Hi. We stop using the cctv for months and now we are needing to install it again but we are having trouble of entering the password because we can't remember the old ones and that too bad we lost it's manual. We have already reset and try to google search for the (default) password but still doesn't work. PLEASE HELP ASAP!
4 stars: Every time I connect the cam, it's starting by default into SD, though I changed many time to HD, bit every time monitoring by phone starts in SD, please fix to chose the default recording and viewing .. Else everything is just so fine with me.. If got this Default SD-HD issue, I wish I can rate it more than 5 stars.. For now, 4 to 3 only..
