3 stars: For me, this apps is much better if compare with others delivery apps (malaysia) But, still need improvement. It will be more worst soon if nothing change since others are improving.
3 stars: My experience about the app is great so far. One thing I didn't like is the cancellation of bookings. When the lala driver took the order and they didn't agreed with the bookings, both the driver and the one who booked wants to cancel the bookings instead but they can't cancel it. They should be givin a couple minutes to decide to cancel or not after the driver took the booking in less than 10 min.

4 stars: I am suggesting for additional filter on the job locations. I am hoping for 'jobs near me' button (besides all district and kuala lumpur) that ranges around 15 to 20km from my current location. So that drivers could pickup faster and deliver on time. Overall the app is satisfying and easy to use. Thank you
