4 stars: This app is great. I love the deals offered. I love that I can sort from lowest to highest price. That feature saves me a lot of time. However, I noticed a hotel listed that needs to be removed. It's totally fake and causes lots of headaches for travelers in India.
5 stars: Agoda now stepping up helping all those travelers with bookings affected by the Pandemic by allowing refund options without fees. I apologize as I was mistaken with my post several days ago about them taking advantage of the crisis. They needed time to asses and make a single announcement as the lockdowns were happening fast all over the globe but ULTIMATELY they powered through. Thank You Agoda!
4 stars: This app is easy to use i like it very much .. but the only thing that bother me is that it shows that i have new messages .. but there's no new messages after i opened it .. pls check what is the problem ..
5 stars: I've been booking all my travel plans with agoda since then and i find it secured and user friendly. When i had some issues with our family oversease travel last 2017, agoda staffs are very helpful and friendly. They have the quality service for years! Kudos and keep it up! 😊
5 stars: Great app, was incredibly useful when traveling through southeast Asia. Hotels? Flights? Tours? Things to do? This does it all and at the cheapest prices.
