4 stars: The latest update has changed this from a favorite of mine to totally worthless. Inconsistent launch on my 2018 Accord. When it does connect, it rarely stays connected for mor than a few minutes. Impossible to use for navigation - have gone back to Honda's built in Garmin navigation. Different USB cables, different ports - nothing work. Update - new cable fixed the problem!
5 stars: Android Auto is a brilliant app, works seemlessly everytime I plug phone into my car (2017 Seat Ibiza FR Technology) , I can use it no problem via the touch screen, streams my music no problem and doesn't lag or skip unlike Bluetooth, Google Maps is the perfect substitute for inbuilt Satellite Navigation in my car, can't fault the app
3 stars: Great app, easy to use. However there have been some serious glitches. I've taken 2 trips out of state and it will show 30 minutes from home even when I'm 400-500 miles away. And it will not reset. Then it will randomly clear.
3 stars: Good. Latency issues with UI screen response. Need more consistency in app behavior (style guide). Volume drops out on announcements frequently. Hard to know if behaviors are attributed to OS or app development. Need more OBD2 sync capability.
5 stars: Great app, especially since the dependency to the Google app was removed. I would love if there Volkswagen wheel (which only does left, right and click operations) would be able to reach all on screen buttons, though.
