5 stars: I have a good experience for this app it is very helpful but i have a suggestion for this app is that there is an option should be added as 'Send current location to rider'. If the rider is not reaching on address easily so it will help.
4 stars: Love the app itself, user interface is quite appealing. The only thing I'd add is a dark mode for it, but that's more of a nitpick than anything else. Service is good, though I've had orders be quite late compared to the eta displayed, which were compensated with a discount code after asking about it through customer service. Overall pleased with foodpanda. Would rate 5 stars if pizza arrived warm more often.
3 stars: Not a fan of the UX. Have a couple of problems with it but the biggest for me is the place order button shows before scrolling to payment method. Then payment method isn't visible once order has been placed. I've tried the chat a couple of times to confirm that I chose the correct payment method but I usually don't get a reply.
