3 stars: It used to work just fine until the last update. Since last update, I'm not able to download any documents attached in mails. I have to first save it to Drive, then I've to download it from Drive - which is really annoying. Why can't I simply download documents directly onto my mobile like I used to do before the update?! Fix this issue as soon as possible, 'cause I receive documents in my mails regularly and I've to download it via Drive.
3 stars: Been using this app for a few years now, each week complaining more and more about the growing proliferation of ads; not email that I can unsubscribe to, but ads that have to be deleted one at time. I have just accepted it and kept going. Today, I put the mail app that came with my phone to work and, Voila! No more ads. Love gmail; hate the app.
3 stars: Inbox by Gmail used to be way better. I don't get notifications when I receive emails even though Notifications Settings are on, I checked the settings and everything seems to be fine but the App seems to be asleep when not in use. I have actually go in the app frequently and check for messages since I don't get notified.
3 stars: Not sure if I'm doing something wrong but, the app is not synced with my gmail on my desktop. The labels I have created on my desktop are non existent in the mobile app. Also, when adding my outlook accounts to the gmail mobile app, it's not showing up on my desktop.
