3 stars: Every 15 minutes or half hour the app just randomly crashes and i have to restart everything to get it going again. Its not my connection, I ran a speed test. It only happens with the Netflix app. I am currently on my free trial, if this continues I will not pay for it. Side note, there should be an option to zoom or crop to fit instead of half the screen taken up by black bars.
3 stars: Minus 2 stars because of the lighting update. It has become very annoying when I try to change the dimness settings, and can't do so until select something to watch. Half the time I can't even see what I've selected, I just want to fix the freaking brightness level. Please put it back the way it was, this update has been so very unnecessary, and more problematic than helpful.
4 stars: Everything is all right. I just dislike very much the way you describe what's new about the app, by saying something like \
4 stars: It's alright. Doesn't give you a way to download in the original quality (it's a bit overcompressed) and frankly the catalogue and the rating system could've been better, but the latter is the problem of Netflix in general. Otherwise, does everything that needs to be done.
4 stars: For the most part, this is a great streaming service. Ive been a member of Netflix since 2002 when I got three movies at a time. It just gets better. Wishing yall would carry certain movies and old tv shows though. I could watch them over and over.
