3 stars: I love the app because you can text more than 10 friends at the same time. However, I have given only 3 stars because you cannot add more members or synch more contacts after first creation. I tried in my android, iOS, and my surface, but I wasn't able to synch new contacts or add more than 23. Maybe just my experience.
4 stars: The app is great. But I think admin should be able to see who individually voted in regards to polls. Especially when it involves many people in one group chat so the admin will know who chose which answer. If you fix this, then I will give 5 stars.
4 stars: Update: conversations are back. Notifications are a little weird but excited to be able to chat again. All conversations have disappeared. I've tried logging in and out and still nothing.
3 stars: Before the previous update, it was easy to click and drag images to my desktop file. Now I have to download each image to get them into my file for processing them to use as a power point.
4 stars: This app is great for students. Allows me to ask others questions about when assignments are due and what dates the exams are. Great for sharing pictures of notes as well.

4 stars: Very simple and streamlined user interface, effective communication, and allowing users the freedom of accepting or declining privacy agreements. Problems with chats not loading and videos failing to send at the moment. Overall, would definitely recommend.
