3 stars: I asked for help to resolve my issue with Team Here Be Monster, later then responded with an assurance that it will be fixed in next update, since then i have been waiting for this issue to be fixed but nothing has happened so far even after two updates. This is the 4th and the final request for GM to fix this issue. Or Am i being ignored because i dont pay to play?

3 stars: Can you make it easier for free to play players to get what we needed?like fame,insignia etc. If you did an update and my recommendations are there,sure will players will love it. Especially f2p players tho. And also let us add the other people even if they are offline.
3 stars: There was an update on the game now one of my heros had his traits and attributes changed and gems I bought and used on him were stolen away and the ppl at IGG dont want to acknowledge or fix there mistakes... Nice game! but very poor updates and even more terrible support staff..
