3 stars: Arming and disarming system was a great feature that went away without notice and sometimes the app logs you out \u0026 you have to restart your phone. The best benefit of this app is the reliability of the accuracy of knowing your home is safe and armed. I love being able to arm, disarm or view camera's and video no matter where you are. Remote access is really awesome!
5 stars: I also, as others have noted, you can no longer SCAN through the playback. This used to be the most valuable feature when a motion was not recorded, but you could quickly SCAN through to find it. Minor things improved, but major things removed. Edit- Thanks for listening! The \
4 stars: All of a sudden, the Detection Chime notification on my phone is playing the Door Chime sound. I have no idea why. I've reinstalled the app multiple times and same result. All of the other phone in the house are playing correct chime notification sounds. Only the Galaxy S8 with this issue. It's very annoying. **Update: issue fixed 😃 Thanks devs!!
4 stars: Since the update on Sept 13 the app is chaos. I can't get notifications to respond. Any notification is always the door bell no matter what I set as notification. All worked fine until last update. Hope someone is working to correct. After 4 app updates it is now a lot better than it was. Still some lag time between activity and notification.
