3 stars: The app is fantastic. But i am having trouble opening and loading app. I tried browsing it too but it doesn't open. Please update, i think this issue is not happening just with me.

4 stars: great way to read local publications when out of town. unfortunately, if you download an issue for offline reading, the app will tell you it has been downloaded before it is completely downloaded. did this prior to a recent flight and only the first 12 pages of a 60 page publication got downloaded.
